访问或使用 PicDeck（以下简称“服务”）即表示您同意受本用户协议（以下简称“条款”）的约束。如果您不同意本条款，请勿使用本服务。 By accessing or using PicDeck (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

PicDeck 是一款本地优先的图像处理应用，提供包括但不限于以下工具：裁剪、局部擦除、背景移除、智能分割、转矢量、尺寸调整、格式转换、重命名和批量处理，并提供用于图像整理的无限画布。核心处理均通过浏览器本地的 WebAssembly 和 AI 模型完成；首次使用某些功能时，相关模型文件可能需要下载到您的设备。 PicDeck is a local-first image processing application that offers tools including, but not limited to, cropping, selective erase, background removal, smart segmentation, vectorization, resizing, format conversion, renaming, and batch processing, along with an infinite canvas for organizing images. Core processing runs locally through WebAssembly and AI models in the browser. Some features may require model files to be downloaded to your device on first use.

3. 许可 3. License

3.1 免费版 3.1 Free Tier

PicDeck 提供包含基础功能的免费模式。免费模式下可用的功能以产品页面和应用内实际展示为准。 PicDeck offers a free mode with core functionality. Features available in the free mode are determined by what is shown on the product pages and inside the app.

3.2 专业版许可 3.2 Pro License

购买专业版许可后，您将获得一项非独占、不可转让的许可，可使用购买时页面所列的专业版功能。专业版许可通常为一次性购买，除非结账页或订单页另有说明；账户登录和购买记录会用于恢复您的权益。 After purchasing a Pro license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features listed at the time of purchase. The Pro license is generally a one-time purchase unless the checkout page or order page states otherwise. Account sign-in and purchase records may be used to restore your entitlement.

  • 购买后可通过同一账户和购买记录恢复权益 Your entitlement can be restored using the same account and purchase record
  • 您的许可证信息可能会在本地浏览器中保存，以便快速恢复状态 License information may be stored in your local browser for faster state restoration
  • 实际可用功能以购买时页面和应用内展示为准 Available features are determined by what is shown at purchase time and within the app

3.3 使用限制 3.3 Restrictions

您不得： You may not:

  • 再分发、转售或再许可本服务 Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service
  • 对本服务进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编 Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • 使用本服务构建竞争产品 Use the Service to build a competing product
  • 移除或更改任何专有声明 Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. 用户账户 4. User Accounts

您可能需要使用邮箱验证码登录才能购买、激活或恢复 Pro 权益。您有责任保管好您的账户凭据，并对您账户下的所有活动负责。 You may need to sign in with an email verification code to purchase, activate, or restore Pro access. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. 付款与退款 5. Payments and Refunds

  • 付款：付款可通过 Creem、WeChat Pay 或其他在结账页明确列出的第三方支付提供商完成。价格、币种和适用税费以结账页为准。 Payments: Payments may be processed through Creem, WeChat Pay, or other third-party payment providers clearly listed at checkout. Pricing, currency, and applicable taxes are determined by the checkout page.
  • 退款：除适用法律要求外，购买通常不予退款。若你认为自己有法定退款权利，或遇到付款问题，请通过 support@getpicdeck.com 联系我们。 Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have a statutory refund right, or if you have a payment issue, contact us at support@getpicdeck.com.
  • 价格变更：我们保留随时调整价格的权利，但已完成的购买受其下单时的订单条件约束。 Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but completed purchases remain governed by the order terms in effect when the purchase was made.

6. 用户内容 6. User Content

您保留使用 PicDeck 处理的图像和内容的所有权利。由于所有处理均在您的设备本地完成，我们不会访问、存储或声称对您的内容拥有任何权利。 You retain all rights to the images and content you process with PicDeck. Because all processing takes place locally on your device, we do not access, store, or claim any rights to your content.

7. 合理使用 7. Acceptable Use

您同意不会使用本服务来： You agree not to use the Service to:

  • 处理非法或侵权内容 Process illegal or infringing content
  • 违反任何适用的法律法规 Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • 干扰或破坏本服务 Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • 试图未经授权访问本服务 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

8. 知识产权 8. Intellectual Property

本服务，包括其软件、AI 模型、设计和品牌，归 PicDeck 所有并受知识产权法保护。本条款授予您使用本服务的有限许可；未授予其他任何权利。 The Service, including its software, AI models, design, and branding, is owned by PicDeck and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you only a limited license to use the Service and no other rights.

9. 免责声明 9. Disclaimer

本服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供，不提供任何形式的明示或暗示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性和非侵权的暗示保证。 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

我们不保证本服务将不间断、无错误，也不保证缺陷将被修复。 We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. 责任限制 10. Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，PicDeck 不对因您使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicDeck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

我们的累计责任总额不超过您在提出索赔前 12 个月内为本服务支付的金额。 Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. 终止 11. Termination

我们可以在适用法律允许的范围内暂停或终止您对本服务的访问。终止后，您使用本服务的许可将结束；如涉及已付款订单或退款争议，将依据订单条件、支付规则和适用法律处理。 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Paid orders or refund disputes will continue to be handled in accordance with the relevant order terms, payment rules, and applicable law.

12. 适用法律 12. Governing Law

本条款应受 PicDeck 运营所在司法管辖区的法律管辖并据其解释，不适用法律冲突原则。 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PicDeck operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. 条款变更 13. Changes to These Terms

我们可以随时修改本条款。重大变更将通过在本页面发布更新后的条款来通知您。您在修改后继续使用本服务即表示接受更新后的条款。 We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
